About The Class
Our next 6 week Landscape Oil Painting Class begins Monday evening, April 17th, 6:30-8:30 pm.
This oil painting class is a landscape painting class and will explore the basics of oil painting techniques. As a beginner you will be taught the skills necessary to paint a landscape picture. As a seasoned painter, this class will give you the opportunity to learn from a different instructor and enjoy the company of other students in relaxed atmosphere.
This class is designed to help students execute a landscape of their choosing, focusing on composition, perspective, color mixing, and painting techniques. Students will use photographs or prints as source material for their painting. Each student will provide at least one picture to work from. The picture could be a photograph or calendar picture of a landscape. Group and individual instruction is given during each session.
All materials are includes in the cost of this class. Each student will be provided with one canvas, 9 x12 or 10 x 10.
Cost: $220 per person
Dates: April 17, 24 & May 1, 8, 15, 22.
Times: Monday Evenings 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
